Practical AI for small teams · Remote

# A useful place to start.

Most small teams have one job that eats hours every week. I'll help you find it and build a fix your own people can run. If AI isn't the right tool for it, I'll say so before you spend anything.

1. 01

    ## [Find the opportunity](https://matthewoldach.com/services/ai-opportunity-assessment/)

Find the repetitive work worth improving, check whether AI is the right tool for it, and leave with a short brief for the first fix.

2. 02

    ## [Build a focused solution](https://matthewoldach.com/services/ai-workflow-automation/)

Build one bounded AI workflow, integration or agent for your small business, with testing, human review, clear ownership and a proper handover.

3. 03

    ## [Help the team adopt it](https://matthewoldach.com/services/ai-training-adoption/)

Help your small team use AI and automation consistently, with training on your real workflow, clear review rules and a proper handover.

## Where this comes from.

My day job is the infrastructure under AI projects at a global pharma company. I've written onboarding guides and run demos for a 5,000-person AI workspace, and I've put AI agents into a regulated pipeline with tight limits on what they're allowed to do. A small business gets the same care with a lot less paperwork.

## One workflow at a time.

Before anything gets built, we agree on the problem, where it stops and what a good result looks like. Sometimes plain automation or a tidier process beats an AI agent, and that's a fine outcome.

## Remote, with one person accountable.

We work over calls, screen shares and a shared project record. You'll know who has access to what, where a person reviews the output, and what you're taking over at the end.

## Scope first, then price.

Price depends on the workflow, the systems involved, how ready your data is, and whether your team needs training or ongoing support. After a first conversation I send a written scope and proposal.[Tell me what you'd like to improve.](https://matthewoldach.com/contact/)
